Here comes a little free mental cleansing, nothing but thoughts with absolutely no cohesiveness. I don't journal enough. I am losing weight slowly. I have learned how to live frugally. My waistline is bigger than my food budget. While running yesterday, two beautiful women were running in the opposite direction. They immediately focused on my darn belly. It was an awakening. I can fit into my used Ebay jeans, barely. 180 is a lifetime dream, 200 the goal. I love good red wine. Helga has an "oowie" so I am leaving two days late for Florida. Ellis turns 88, unbelievable. Pearl has a heart of gold. Can't figure out which Wesley needs more, a haircut or a belt. Cubs play first Saturday night baseball game in nine years tonight! Time to watch. I'll be back.
